This course is intended for learners with an intermediate understanding of Outlook who need to use Outlook to personalize and organize their email, manage Outlook data files, share and link contacts, archive items, create forms, and work offline and remotely.
Overview of Course:
Upon successful completion of this course, learners will be able to:
- Advanced Information Management Learners will learn about advanced calendar, task, contact, and mail options, including how to create signatures and setting up advanced message options.
- Advanced Topics This section will examine categories, linked items, custom forms, and publishing a calendar to the Web.
- Data Management Users will learn how to use and manage personal folders files (PST files) and Outlook profiles.
- Outlook Security This section will focus on the Trust Center, advanced functions of the address book and an introduction to macros.
Learners should have a good working knowledge and understanding of the concepts covered in the Outlook Foundation and Outlook Intermediate courses.
